Gulhan Sönmez

Born and raised in the Netherlands, she is a successful real estate advisor and investment expert who helps Turks in Europe realize their dreams of reliable investments and home ownership.

Sönmez entered the business world at a young age and quickly built a strong reputation thanks to her entrepreneurial vision and leadership qualities. In 2004, she was named by ABN AMRO Bank and VNO-NCW in the Netherlands as one of the "Top Ten Successful Employers", an achievement that further strengthened her credibility in the international business world.

She then reinforced her success in the sector with the Women in Black Award in 2008 and the Best Real Estate Office in the Netherlands Award in 2012. After building and managing extensive property portfolios for investors across Europe, Sönmez brought this experience to Turkey, where she served as a bridge to attract foreign investors to the country. By placing trust, transparency and sustainability at the heart of the investment process, she has provided thousands of investors with reliable real estate solutions.
